• If you are having difficulty spending time with them, try talking to friends and family. They can give you an insight into what they would like.
• Is the person active in any charities, you could donate to that charity in their name. This is a feel good gift that can make an impact in others lives as well.

Even getting something for your parents or your significant other can turn out to be difficult especially when under pressure.
